Remote Sessions

Booking fees for remote sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled slot, a full refund is available.

Product Sales

If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

Call-outs

Call-out bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for missed appointments.
