Service Terms & Disclaimers

These terms govern the provision of remote desktop assistance and on-site callouts by Sedibeng Computer Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Remote Support

Remote support is provided via third‑party tools. By accepting assistance, you grant temporary access to your device for diagnostic and remediation purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate backups before work begins.

We will take reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved remotely or that data loss will not occur. You acknowledge that some faults may require on‑site service or hardware replacement.

On‑site Callouts

Callouts are scheduled based on technician availability and postal‑code coverage. Access to premises, equipment, and required credentials must be provided at the scheduled time.

We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party access restrictions, unsafe working conditions, or factors beyond reasonable control.

Errors & Omissions

While we strive for accuracy and quality, services are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Client Responsibilities

You remain responsible for software licensing compliance, data backups, and ensuring that you have authority to request support on the affected systems.
